Dear Owners,

The main reason this site exists is to create clear communication with other owners. Also, and most importantly, it will improve the over all image of our beautiful complex. This will also help maintain and increase the value of your investment in ODM.
 
We will offer several features such as our new Security page 

A weekly and or Monthly Newsletter, which we invite all owners to participate. It will be designed to keep all owners aware of events and changes to improve ODM.
 
New online monthly Financial Statements to create transparency. No more MYSTERY finances; you will know where your money is going on a monthly basis. There will also be a section to make sure your dues have been paid and list the condos that have not paid. When owners know where their money is going, there will be no excuse to not pay.
 
A Message Board will give you a place to list any objects you have for sale, or even offer your condo for rent or sale to other members. It will also be the place to ask questions and find answers.
